I think this site work. The catch is that you have to work the site.
You have to be out there - you need to know what you want,what you're looking for in order for the site to work for you.
I never like most of the sereach format that are there. I do my own searches and I try to be active on the blogs. The more you're out there, the better your odds of being seen. RIGHT?
