I really love coffee or coffee shops in general. I tend to go to barns and noble for the books and coffee most of the time. The first date will be up to both of us and what we feel comfortable with.
Before we even get to a first date I like to talk on the phone, see if we mesh well in conversation. I'm open to anything for a first date as long as it allows for conversation. If it includes competition, say miniature... see more >>

Something adventurous and not cliche like dinner (too awkward). A place where we can have fun and get to know each other better
My perfect first date idea would have to be going to KBB to show off my paddleing skills. We could go on a sunset canoe paddle, were I can show off my j stroke. And finish the date with a picnic on Roosevelt island.
